Special Instructions US 1 NORTH FROM RALEIGH: Travel North on US 1 to Kittrell. Remain on US 1 By-Pass to Henderson. Take the NC 39 Exit and turn left at the traffic light on the exit ramp. Turn left at the traffic light on Chestnut Street. Turn right at the next traffic light on Young Street. The Vance County Extension Center is located in the Vance County Office Building which is the first building on the left after turning onto Young Street.
