According to D. Wayne Rowland, Agricultural and Natural Resources Technician with N.C. Cooperative Extension, Vance County Center, the Integrated Pest Management For Gardens Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 29 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the upstairs conference room at the Vance County Cooperative Extension Center located at 305 Young Street in Henderson.

If you are a farmer or small gardener looking to learn about Integrated Pest Management, this meeting will be the place to be. During this meeting we will discuss how IPM can help you control pest in the garden and farm, lower your pesticide costs, improve our food safety and protect the environment.
