Vermiculture (Earthworm Production) Meeting Scheduled

According to Wayne Rowland, Agricultural & Natural Resources Technician with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension–Vance County Center, a Vermiculture Meeting has been scheduled for June 29, 2015 at 6:30pm at the Vance County Regional Farmers Market located at 210 Southpark Drive in Henderson. Vermiculture (the cultivation of earthworms used for bait and in composting) has the potential to increase income for both farmers and gardeners.
