hemp flower in hand1/14/2020 – The new federal hemp rules require hemp testing to be conducted by DEA registered laboratories only. Growers and processors have learned that there aren’t many such labs available yet! But the USDA has made it easy for you to find the ones that are DEA registered by providing this list of Hemp Analytical Testing Laboratories.

If you are a DEA registered laboratory, you can request to have your lab listed by sending a message to farmbill.hemp@usda.gov.

As of today, North Carolina will still be operating under our 2014 Farm Bill Pilot Program. If you have a license, you can still grow under it and if you need a license, you can still get one through the pilot program. Hemp license application page.
