Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day, providing sustenance and energy for whatever activities lay ahead. Think about your dream car. Now you want to take your dream car for a drive, your start driving and then your car starts to slow down and then it stops. You look at the gas tank and realize it is out of gas. Think of your body as the car and breakfast as the fuel. You can’t operate at your best without fueling your body at the beginning of the day! Breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism and, thus, helps you stay motivated, active, and helps burn more calories throughout the day.
