It gets all spiced up from the cayenne pepper, ginger, and garlic then, combined with the sweetness of honey, molasses, and ketchup it creates a most favorable dish. It’s quick, easy, and a must-have for Super Bowl Sunday!

NOTE: Some studies have shown that garlic and garlic supplements may have positive effects on heart health by preventing cell damage, regulating cholesterol, and lowering blood pressure. Other research shows that garlic supplements may also reduce plaque buildup in the arteries.

The antioxidants present in ginger help in reducing the formation of plaque in the arteries caused by high cholesterol  Consuming it in small amounts with your food or tea can be very beneficial for you. The antioxidants present in garlic help in recovering from the damage caused by high blood pressure.
