The Vance County Regional Farmers Market will be having their annual Spring Fling event, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 6th. Don’t miss it. The event will feature numerous craft vendors, bedding plants for the garden including vegetables, herbs, and flowers as well as locally grown spring produce. There will also be baked goods, canned goods, honey, sauces, jams, preserves, eggs, and pasture-raised beef and pork for sale. Knowledgeable farmers and nursery vendors will be on hand to answer spring and summer planting and growing questions. Be sure to walk through the Master Gardener℠ volunteer's Memorial Garden at the market to get great ideas for your own garden.
In addition to fresh local produce, crafts, and products, the market will feature special events throughout the 2023 season. Pre-orders and curbside pick-up will be available.
