The Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers are involved in a number of projects in the community such as educational landscapes, garden newsletters, workshops, and more. Training to become a volunteer is offered in alternate years, usually one morning a week for about 15 weeks. After completion of training, participants provide a minimum of 40 hours of volunteer service in our program.
