For the month of June EFNEP is celebrating blueberries! Fresh berries work well, but if they aren’t available or in season, try this recipe with (thawed) frozen berries. Either way, it’s sure to please!
Blueberries are a very popular, tasty fruit native to North America but grown commercially across the Americas and Europe.
Blueberries are low in calories and fat. They’re mainly made up of carbs and water but also contain a decent amount of fiber. A delicious addition to your breakfast table, or enjoy a slice as an afternoon snack.
